Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how MEMSConcepts handles your personal information for our services on the memsconcepts.com websites (collectively, the "Site"). You can edit and/or delete your memsconcepts.com account information at any time by visiting your MyMEMS page.

The Site reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to the Site's services, such as service and administrative announcements and the memsconcepts.com Newsletter. Receiving these communications is considered part of your memsconcepts.com account. You will not be offered the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

The Site may update this policy at any time. You will be notified about significant changes in treatment of personal information by receiving a notice to the primary email address specified in your memsconcepts.com account or by placing a notice on the Site.
